Is there a difference between ladies golf balls and all the other golf balls?

No- it’s the low compression that makes companies call them "lady" golf balls, but really, anyone with a slow swing speed would benefit. Some companies like to refer to them as "Laddie"- lady balls targeted towards men.
There’s nothing in the rules that says you can’t play a "lady" ball. Just like there’s nothing wrong with having L or A (senior) flex shafts in your clubs if that’s what is necessary to optimize your game.
yes you can find lower compression balls more suited for ladies. ladies do not swing as hard and swing speed is slower. So they need a lower compression ball that they can compress. DT Solo is a great ladies balls
What is the difference between men’s and women’s golf balls?
A: Men’s golf balls are made specifically for men and require brute strength to make them fly. These balls require a strong hit to make them compress enough to be effective. Women’s golf balls are made differently, and do not require as much strength behind the swing to make them compress.
*Note* Older men golfers use a ladies golf ball due to a lower compression ratio, hence, giving them a little more distance.

Ladies work better for me because I don’t have a lot of upper-body strength. However, I’ve found that regular or "men’s" Pinnacles work fine too for women.
Yes ladies precepts pink are the farthest golf balls on the LPGA tour! A ladies precept was created to hit 10-20yds further because people thought women couldn’t hit, that is the farthest thing from true! but if ur driving 260 then you are Hitting 30yds farther than me already and I’m 14 with a handicap of 8 so truly I wouldn’t worry about it, don’t give up the feel and control of a mens ball just because u want 10-20 more yds on ur drive
